Real-time polyp detection · Medical & patient reporting
Precision that doesn't blink.
Raptor Medical Systems — the almost invisible assistant for healthcare professionals.
We build software that helps gastroenterologists detect more during colonoscopy and spend less time on paperwork afterward.
The numbers
Performance figures derive from a retrospective clinical study and from device verification and validation. They describe the algorithm's detection performance, not a guaranteed outcome in any individual procedure.
Two products. One system.
Detection and documentation in one workflow.
Near real-time polyp detection during colonoscopy.
Connects to almost any scope. Nothing changes in your workflow.

OEM-Independent
Works with almost any colonoscope on the market.
Fully On-Premise
No cloud. No data leaves your clinic.
GDPR Compliant
Built to European data protection standards.
No Workflow Disruption
Same procedure. Same equipment. Live in one day.
Who it is for
GI physicians
Who want consistent detection support across every list, including the last procedure of the day.
Private clinics
That want to differentiate their offer without changing equipment.
Distributors
Looking for a low-CAPEX, recurring-revenue product with a short sales cycle.
Intended users: qualified and trained healthcare professionals only. Not for use by lay persons. Not intended for patients under 18.
About us
Built by a surgeon who saw the problem from inside the procedure room.
Dr. Ronald Kefurt spent 14 years as a practising surgeon, performed over 10,000 colonoscopies, and holds two medtech patents. He also has a computer science background, which meant he understood both sides of the problem.
The observation that led to Raptor was simple: colonoscopy misses lesions not because physicians are careless, but because detection is genuinely hard. Attention fades over a long list. The last procedure of the afternoon carries the same clinical stakes as the first, but the conditions are not the same.
Tools existed to help. The problem was who they were built for. Expensive hardware, locked to specific manufacturers, designed around hospital procurement cycles. Private GI clinics, where much of this work actually happens, were largely left out.
Raptor Medical Systems was built to close that gap.

Where we are
Raptor Medical Systems FlexCo is headquartered in Mödling, Austria. Asio Scan is currently under evaluation by the Notified Body and is expected to receive CE certification in the near future.
Asio Scan MDR
Another set of eyes. In every colonoscopy.
Asio Scan connects to your existing colonoscopy hardware and analyses the live video stream in near real time.
It highlights suspected polyps as they appear, with a colour-coded confidence overlay, without adding time, steps, or disruption to your procedure.
How it works
Scope inserted
Asio Scan activates automatically. No setup, no configuration needed.
Live analysis
The algorithm analyses the video stream in near real time, fully on-premise.
Colour-coded overlay
Suspected polyps are highlighted by confidence level.
Clinician decides
Every flagged area is independently assessed by the physician. Asio Scan supports, never replaces.
Performance
What makes us different
OEM-Independent
Works with almost any colonoscope currently on the market. No hardware replacement required.
Fully On-Premise
No cloud connection. No data leaves the clinic during or after the procedure.
GDPR Compliant
Built to European data protection standards by design.
No Workflow Change
Same procedure from the physician's perspective. Installation takes one day.
Near Real-Time
Detection happens as the procedure happens, not after.
For physicians
Asio Scan does not change how you work. It watches the same images you watch, flags areas that may warrant a closer look, and lets you decide. The system is particularly useful during high-volume lists and late-afternoon sessions when attention naturally varies.
For clinic administrators
One setup fee. Per-procedure pricing. No monthly rental. No OEM contract. The system generates documented quality metrics automatically, which supports patient communication and clinic differentiation.
